We want to share with you the enthusiasm with which in January 2013 and in order to recover the family and artisanal tradition we began to make M. A. REVILLA\u00ae salted Cantabrian Anchovies.<\/p>\n
Our Cantabrian anchovies belong to the species Engraulis Encrasicolus, captured in the fishing grounds of the Cantabrian Sea during the spring coastal season. They are the tastiest and most sought after on the market.<\/p>\n
After capture, cleaning and maturation in salting (between 10 and 15 months), they are handcrafted with the highest quality raw materials in our factory in Santo\u00f1a (Cantabria). Our brand M. A. REVILLA\u00ae has the commitment to Don Miguel \u00c1ngel Revilla (President of Cantabria) to comply with the following conditions.<\/p>\n
